NCS: My Horizon

As AI continues to permeate every part of our lives, so does the fear of it replacing human roles.

We saw employees growing increasingly anxious about the future of their careers, yet much of that fear often stemmed from misinformation and a reluctance to see AI as a collaborator rather than a competitor.

So at NCS’ annual tech convention, Impact 2025, we reframed fear as possibility through My Horizon, a career tool designed to help employees understand how they can evolve alongside AI.

By educating and inspiring, we transformed negative emotions around AI into optimism in technology, and in themselves.
